Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, design preferences, references, text, images, and other materials required to complete their project.
All service prices are displayed on our website or provided through a project quotation. Payment terms must be agreed upon before work begins. Additional services outside the selected package may require additional charges.
Our packages may include different numbers of concepts, revisions, file formats, and branding elements. Clients should review the package details before placing an order.
Revisions are provided according to the selected package. A revision means modifying an existing design concept based on client feedback. Completely new concepts or changes outside the original project scope may be charged separately.
Estimated delivery times depend on the selected package and the client’s responsiveness. Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, or approval delays may extend the project timeline.
Once the final design has been approved by the client, further changes may be treated as a new design request and may require an additional fee.
Upon full payment and final approval, the agreed final design will be delivered to the client for their intended business use. Zenvica Creative Studio may retain rights to unused concepts, drafts, and design explorations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Zenvica Creative Studio may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials.
Clients may not use our website, content, or services for unlawful activities or in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
All text, graphics, branding, and other original content on the Zenvica Creative Studio website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
